We are inspected and approved by the NCDA to process our poultry here at Towering Oaks Farm. We process our chickens on site. The pork, beef, and lamb are processed at Key Packing (NCDA approved facility) and Piedmont Custom Meats (USDA approved facility).

The half and whole hogs listed can be purchased on a monthly installment plan or can be paid all at once. The price includes the processing fee. The customer is responsible for picking up the meat at the packing facility. Please contact us if you would like more information about a half or whole hog.

Order in the spring, ready in the fall. Custom cut, split nose to tail. We cannot guarantee how much meat you will get, as this is technically the sale of a live animal. However, a half hog usually yields approximately 100 lb. of meat.
